2. YOUR MEMBERSHIP WITH B.C.S.

2.3 Members must honour the discounts that they offer via this scheme

2.4 Members must notify B.C.S. and provide at least 1 weeks notice if they wish to change their offer or 13 weeks if they wish to leave the scheme

2.5 We reserve the right to amend, impose conditions upon or cancel your membership if we suspect any breach of terms or fraudulent activities or spam.

2.6 We reserve the right to cancel your membership of the B.C.S. Scheme at any time due to poor feedback from card holders or for any other reason.

2.7 Should we be forced to exercise our rights under clauses 2.5 and 2.6 above we reserve the right to impose a charge for all administrative and promotional work carried out in connection with your membership of the scheme.

3. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

3.1 Our website and service are provided on "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind on availability, functionality, fitness for a purpose, security or accuracy of information.

3.2 We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage of any kind arising out of use of our website or inability to participate in our money saving card program.

3.3 You agree to indemnify B.C.S. its employees and agents against all liabilities, damages, losses, legal fees in relation to any claims or actions brought against us arising out your breach of these terms and conditions.

3.4 Our failure to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not waive our rights to enforce any of these terms and conditions.

3.5 These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the England and Wales whose courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in connection from them.
